Tanzania: Citizens to vote with driving licences, passports

– – Tanzania’s electoral commission has announced that voters with missing identity cards can vote with their driving licences and passports. The electoral body said this will ensure that voters get the chance to exercise their democratic rights without limitation in next week’s general election.
