SFAN launches career coaching program for young people
SFAN (Stars From All Nations) has launched the second edition of Readyforwork Career Coaching Program to help young people acquire the skills and industry connections necessary to gain employment and launch their careers.
Readyforwork is 6 weeks talent accelerator program that offers personalized education and coach support to learners.
The company started the pilot of the program through an in-person session held in the month of September 2018.
Some participants in that edition gained jobs immediately after their training. For this edition, they shall focus on job readiness skills that will be most valuable in the future and how to launch a profitable career in content writing.
Participants will receive advice from both local and international content writers, talent managers, communication specialists, and trainers — including reps from Upwork, Samsung, DW, Pulse and so on.
At the end of the 6 weeks program, participants will have the opportunity to apply their learnings in a blog contest to win up to $250 cash prize and other cool prizes (Ts & Cs apply).
Structure of the training:
Readyforwork Career Coaching Program is delivered as online and in-person training. The onsite training will take place on Saturdays of the training period from September 7 at Stanbic Bank Incubator.
