President Kagame’s Former Body Guard Lt Mutabazi Yoweri AKA Tobulende Survives Attack in Uganda

In the early evening on Thursday night Lt Mutabazi Yoweri AKA Tobulende, who was once among President Paul Kagame’s body guards, was attacked, and a number of bullets were shot with the intention of ending his life in Kampala. Two young men, who appeared to be Rwandese in the victim’s eyes, knocked and then entered his house throught he unlocked door calling “hello, hello.” His pregnant wife was watching television and Mr Mutabazi was listening to BBC radio in another room at the time.
