By Jones Gadama President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah of Namibia has named retired Malawian High Court Judge Dr. Michael Mtambo as an Acting Judge of the High Court of Namibia. The appointment was confirmed Wednesday by Judiciary spokesperson Ruth Mputeni.
