AU Chairperson Dlamini Zuma called for Support for Ebola affected countries

AU Chairperson Dlamini ZumaAddis Ababa – The African Union has today called for “a lot of support and solidarity from fellow African countries and from the international community” for its member states affected by the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).

African Union Commission Chairperson Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma today spoke at the opening ceremony of an emergency meeting of the Union’s Executive Council, as the continent seeks to craft a united, comprehensive and collective response to the Ebola outbreak that has so far affected a number of countries in West Africa.
