French military base in Chad officially handed over to N’Djamena, after end of defence agreement
A French military base in Faya, Chad, has been officially handed over to N’Djamena, weeks after Chad ended a defence agreement with Paris. The move comes days before provincial, local and legislative elections in the central African country.
