The artists featured here have been in our faces for a while now, including some of Africa’s biggest exports who have not only worked hard to curate insane Jamz, but have also been able to put Nigeria and Africa on the world map.

See below:

Burna Boy- Common Person

Odogwu himself delivers his fans around the world a brand new song, Common Person, from his recently released album, Love, Damini. Common Person is a tune that illustrates the common person’s reality.

Burna Boy transports us back in time with some highlife strings. Burna Boy is one musician who, rooted in Afrobeat, enjoys branching into other genres. Through his new project, the single has shown a different side to what we are used to hearing from him.

This song should undoubtedly be on your playlist.

Omah Lay- I’m a mess

Omah Lay opens up to his fans about the sad elements of his life. They say that not everything glitters is gold, and this song is a good example. We sometimes forget that celebs are just like you and me. They, too, have burdens and experience anguish.

Omah invites us inside his life, revealing that he is a “mess like everyone else.”

I’m a mess is a song that everyone can relate to. Niphkeys is credited with producing this track.

Omah Lay recently discussed his mental health difficulties after being betrayed by a buddy. He was also grateful to the people who supported him during difficult times.

Fireboy – Bandana ft Asake

Adedamola Adefolahan, also known as Fire Boy DML, premieres a brand new track titled Bandana featuring his label mate, Asake, from YBNL.

Both artists perform admirably, with neither overshadowing the other. Asake delivered the song’s chorus as planned, while Fireboy delivered his verses. In its first week, the song soared to the top of Nigeria’s Top 100.

Fireboy has been dishing out fantastic sounds and demonstrating variety via his craft for a few years now.

Adekunle – 5 star

Adekunle Gold with the juice and sauce is back with a new single titled 5-star. The song is emotive in which the musician recalls his struggles with sickle cell. But AG kid is now on a 5-star’steezz’ and takes excellent care of himself.

We’ve seen AG baby evolve from the days of Orente to Around 30 to songs like percent -star. I believe we can all agree that his development has been tremendous.

Despite his health issue (which we would not have known about if it hadn’t been for his most recent revelation). Adekunle Gold has evolved into the best version of himself and never fails to inspire his admirers.

The song is unquestionably a hit that should be on your playlist.

Burna Boy – It’s plenty

It’s Plenty is another song from Burna Boy’s Love Damini project that has fans going crazy right now.

The track is the album’s ninth and has a fantastic vibe to it. The global star demonstrates that he wishes to be remembered in life rather than squander his days on Earth, as tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Love, Damini is a corpus of work that follows up on Burna Boy’s Grammy-winning “Twice As Tall.” It is also Odogwu’s sixth studio album. We can’t help but think that Burna’s fifth album, Twice As Tall, garnered him much-deserved international attention.

Crayon – Ijo Labala

Mavin Records Crayon’s Ijo Labala is a song. It’s viral dance music that’s gone viral, and netizens everywhere are embracing it. It has also gone viral on TikTok, with many viewers falling in love with the choreography.

Although Crayon has not been so consistent, we believe that whatever he provides us, we must take it. Ijo Laba-Laba was born entirely on a trip, and we can tell it’ll be around for a while.

Ijo Laba Laba is also a follow-up to the Mavin All Stars’ Overdose, which kept us hooked for the longest time and still does.

Olakira- Polongo

Olakira, the Afro-pop sensation who captivated the world with his blockbuster single “Maserati,” is back to accomplishing the Lord’s work with a new song, Polongo.

We know Olakira pours his heart and soul into his work with appealing songs and lines. Olakira promises his wife in this catchy song that he can be everything she wants and more – the perfect gentleman.

Olakira, real name Adelusola Ebenezer Adefemi, has been a fan favourite since his smash song, and he has no plans to quit anytime soon.

Iyanya – Like, Featuring Davido and Kizz Daniel

Iyanya returns with this wonderful song, “Like,” which features two of Nigeria’s biggest exports, Davido and Kizz Daniel. Of course, we know Kizz will give incredible vocals, while David will bring the vibes and cruise. We’d like to see this kind of teamwork all the time.

Like launched on July 15th and was created by the brilliant Reward Beatz. The song is a sentimental one about true love. The musicians each tell about how their girlfriends have supported them even when they had nothing but love to share.

This buzzing vibe comes as a follow-up to Iyanya’s breakthrough single of the year, “Call,” which includes Ayra Starr from Mavin Records.

P-Square – Jaiye (Ihe Geme)

P-Square, Africa’s most popular singing duet, has returned to the music scene with a double album, one of which is titled “Jaiye” (Ihe Geme).
Apparently, the song “Jaiye” (Ihe Geme) serves as P-actual Square’s debut record, as they split up for the second time in 2017 owing to personal and family issues.
