Nigerian singer Wizkid may have quenched the thirst of his supporters for an album but a recent post on his social media page suggests that the music star is far from over.

Despite the fact that fans all over the world are still savouring the Made in Lagos album, the singer took to his Instastory channel with a completely unexpected update.

Wizkid in his post told his fans that he already has another album ready. Although the singer did not specify if he intends to drop the project before the year runs out.

“But I have another album ready.”

The unexpected announcement from the singer comes as his colleague and rumoured rival, Davido, gears up for the release of his long-anticipated album, A Better Time.

Davido who has been pushing the release of the project is finally set to drop it on Friday, November 13.

Earlier on, Legit.ng reported that Davido granted an interview he which he opened up about getting snubbed by Wizkid after congratulating him on the release of MIL album.

According to the FEM crooner, he was not really thinking when he put out the congratulatory posts on his social media pages.

He, however, made it clear that he never expected the singer to acknowledge the post and he was in fact not hoping that Wizkid would reply.

Davido also disclosed that he has Wizkid’s phone number but has never tried to place a call to him.
