780,000 Africans killed by air pollution yearly

Air pollution accounts for about 780,000 deaths in Africa every year, according to a modelling study by researchers at NASA. The research has been hailed as a major breakthrough given the struggle over the years to determine extent of air pollution on the continent and its effects of health of people.
