Niger: General Abdourahamane Tiani on official visit to Togo
General Abdourahamane Tiani, head of the junta in power in Niger since the July 26 military coup, met Togolese President Faure Gnassingbé in Lomé on Friday to strengthen bilateral relations, at a time when Niger is being suffocated by economic sanctions.
