EU sends aid to Libya as devastating floods death toll rise to over 11, 000
“Following the devastating floods in Libya, the EU is, of course, continuing via the civil protection mechanism to provide aid to the people concerned. Finland, Germany and Romania have sent generators, shelters and foodstuffs. And France has also sent a medical team of more than 50 individuals.
