Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata, simply known as Teni, has advised her fellow ladies to avoid wearing a bra on a daily basis in order to let the melons rest.
The ‘Billionaire’ crooner took to her Twitter page on Tuesday to share the advice that she has also been practicing.
In her words:
“No be everyday bra, sometimes make breast rest!”

She added that she has been in the gym training to get six-packs.
