Algeria appoints new ambassador to Spain after nearly 20 months of friction
Algeria has appointed a new ambassador to Spain, after nearly 20 months of diplomatic friction caused by Madrid’s U-turn on the Western Sahara issue, the Algerian Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday.
