Oxfam campaigners posed as world leaders playing in a traditional Scottish pipe band near the COP26 UN Climate Summit in Glasgow on Monday. The effigies of leaders, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, U.S. President Joe Biden and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, were dressed as a pipe band.
