I make music to empower people, not just entertain –Danlil

Singer, Danlil, has never hidden his identity as a music artiste and businessman. To build on his past successful business ventures, the singer is set to launch a non-fungible token project, which has already been listed on some top NFT websites.

According to the singer, the project (Shiba Town) would focus on real estate development, which will be totally powered by blockchain technology.

Danlil, who is simultaneously working on an Extended Play album titled, ‘Love Lives Here’, urged Africans to adopt the use of blockchain technology. He said, “Blockchain technology is the ‘future’, so I would advise everybody who has the wherewithal to get involved in it. As an artiste, I still actively deal in it, so having a job is not an excuse not to take part in it.

“Many people have become millionaires (in dollars) through blockchain technology. It is genuine and legitimate. The government is aware of all our activities.”

The ‘Rara’ singer also noted that he was working with some international music stars on his first studio album, which may be released in the latter part of 2022.
