Our company was founded in 2000 by Ether Kyambadde, a certified accountant who saw Uganda’s potential as a major East African tourism destination. Born and raised in Uganda, Ether’s passion for her country and commitment to detail convinced visitors from all over the world to explore East Africa for themselves.
The company has since grown and established offices abroad while remaining a truly homegrown, Ugandan effort. Churchill continues to excel in providing quality travel experiences to discerning travellers. As Churchill grew Ether was keen to keep the personal touch that first brought success and so today she manages day to day operations along with her husband Henry. Ether’s beliefs are at the heart of everything we do, which is why we are dedicated to the conservation of Uganda’s natural and cultural resources and actively support local tourism initiatives and socio-economic activities both in Uganda and Rwanda. Churchill has a number of projects through which visitors can give back to local communities during their stay.
