(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Popular singer, Timi Dakolo, has come under severe criticism after he performed his hit song, ‘Great Nation’, during the official declaration for the 2023 presidential race by former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar.
African Examiner recalls that Atiku Abubakar had officially announced to run for the presidency on Wednesday and Timi Dakolo performed.
Reacting to this development, Nigerians took to their social media account accusing the singer of collecting kickbacks and seeking to change old leaders.
The netizens also compared Dakolo and ex-international player, Taribo West, who prayed fervently for Asiwaju Tinubu over the weekend.
