Malawi Politician says President Joyce Banda no longer inspiring to women

Joyce Banda Hugging Hillary ClintonBLANTYRE –Opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), the only party with highest number of female candidates for Parliamentary and Local Government Elections slated for May 20 this year, says President Joyce Banda’s sentiments and her style of leadership are no longer inspiring especially to women.

DPP will field 43 female candidates in Parliamentary Elections while over 70 others are vying for ward councillors.
