Ghana: Football association adopts new statutes

The membership of the Ghana Football Association Congress on Thursday approved and adopted new Statutes at an extra ordinary congress held in the capital Accra. The statutes were proposed by a normalization committee that was put in place following the suspension of the Football association over corruption allegations involving its former President, Kwesi Nyantekyi. How Ghana spent $4.5 million JUST on AFCON 2019

There is a high level of outrage among Ghanaians after the country’s sports minister revealed that the nation spent $4.5 million just for the country’s participation in the 2019 edition of the Africa Cup of Nations competition.
