Speaking in another interview Deputy District Agriculture Development Officer (DDADO) Jayaka Kipandula who was part of the assessment team said that the damage is big in most of the area and replanting is the only solution.
“In the areas that we have physically visited we have seen that some crops are completely damaged in over 20 hectares and the only solution will be replanting,” Kipandula.
