Electronic Learning Management System (ELMS), a tool which facilitates streamline training programmes without geographical or training barriers has been launched. Students of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Nyanza province will now have the option of pursuing their studies without necessarily travelling to the Southern Province.
