Sleep hygiene refers to habits that aid in having a good night’s sleep. Common sleep issues such as inability to sleep well (insomnia) or tiredness after hours of sleep are caused by bad sleep habits, which have been practised over the years. It is possible to train the body and mind to adopt healthy sleeping habits, so that you feel well rested after a sleep.

A sexually transmitted disease (STD) is an infection or disease that can be passed from one person to another during sexual activity. STDs are common all around the world. They may be caused by bacteria, viruses or parasites. Anybody who is sexually active can be infected if they do not practice safe sex. You cannot asses if a person has STD by just looking at them. If you have unprotected sex with any person infected with an STD, you are at a high risk of catching that infection. STDs include chlamydia, herpes, gonorrhoea, syphilis, genital herpes, scabies, pubic lice (crabs), hepatitis and HIV (the virus that causes AIDS).

Many people live with incontinence without seeking medical help because they fear that it indicates a more serious illness or they are embarrassed by it. Others mistakenly believe incontinence to be a normal part of aging and assume that nothing can be done for it.
